1.      Ensure your skin is clean and dry — lotions, oils, sweat, or even residual soap can prevent the adhesive from sticking properly.

2.      Peel Off Protective Film. Carefully peel off the plastic film from the adhesive side of each insert.

3.      Warm the adhesive slightly with your hands before applying; this can help activate the stickiness.
